The road is very ruff lots of tight corners with big boulders may now be even worse due to record presipatation in 16-17 winter. The road is ruff

Congrats on an amazing tag. Go up barley creek trail. The trail is long but aint bad. Will put you up on the table down on the south end west ish of green monster. When i was up there two years ago late September most of the elk were on that end.

from what I'm learning, reading and listening. if I've got a atv green monster is best. if on foot barley or Morgan is best. in going up there fathers day weekend. I think I'll just cruise the 3 or 4 roads leading to the trail heads for my first trip. isn'f there a road that traverses east to west or vicaversa north of the wilderness by dobbins I couldn't find it on the map.
