Hey folks,

With the closure of Forest Service lands in 072 associated with the South Sugarloaf fire. What is 074 like for elk?

Are there areas worth hiking in, or will folks be ripping all over the mountains on atvs? What is the tree cover like?

Sorry for the asking for info post, but my buddy has a bull tag starting the first, and the closure will likely last longer than that, we are trying to evaluate our options.

That's fine with us. We were planning on backpacking into the Jarbidge for a week.
