Looking at the 2018 guided deer draw data I see 2 nonresident hunters with 22 points, neither drew. In the 2018 regular draw I found 5 applicants with 23 points, none drew.

yes thanks I noticed that too and by studying that most of the tags are drawn with mid range points im sure because there are so many more hunters in that catagory might just never draw!
