The year has started off pretty good for me even though we've had a ton of snow and most sheds have been buried. I'm at 24 sheds thus far and most of those have been found at work. :)
Here is a set I found at work on Thursday. They were laying side by side. Right scores 82 6/8 and left scores 82 2/8.

BCBoy I am convinced that I hate you ;-)

You find more big deer horns than anyone on this site.

Jake,
LMAO!!! I'm sure there are many other's that find just as much big tine but just hold back from postin it. I'm pretty stoked though as these ones aren't even chewed. To find unchewed tine in this country is a pretty hard feat.

WAY TO GO!!!

GOT EM GATHERED BEFORE THEM FRICKEN CANADIAN RATS GNAWED THEM UP!!!

THE ONLY bobcat!!!

WOW! no chew marks!! Nice finds.. I'm a little jeleous about the animals you have up there...I'm sending my pack of rabid bone chewing chipmunks up your way,you had better be finding them sheds in a hurry! :) Thanks for the pics.

Nice pulls.

Quite the abnormal point on the main bean of the first antler. I love the mass on the second one. Thanks for sharing

I guess that it isnt so bad down here, I find about 1 in every 15 to 20 horns that are chewed on, and I dont think I've ever found a brown one that was chewed on. So I guess its almost an even trade.(ALMOST)

Time in the hills is always worth more than money

What color is jealousy again????? oh yeah brown, as in brown tines. You DAWG! and you get paid to pick them up........

Dang Steve! Looking good there, mind if I come up for spring break and go shed hunting with you? lol JK is it illegal to take sheds across the border?

Nice bucks! Do you think you will find the Mass-N-Trash sheds this year? OH WAIT - I GUESS YOU WON'T! Some hunter went and killed him huh! I think that will always be one of my all time favorite mule deer stories!

Roy, you havent even heard the whole story yet! Wait for the May issue of Muley Crazy....;-)

Tuffer,
You're gonna have to break in those sheep hunters pretty darn quick here and start pickin up some tine. You gonna do any sheddin in the Chilcotin this spring??? I'm gonna hit some of that country in early April. Gonna take the kids out and see if we can find some monsters.

Boneaddict,
I've been working the last month or so doing douglas fir beetle probes in some classic muley winter range. Pretty cool to be able to be combing the fir lookin for beetle and see a big match set of browns at the base. I sure hope my luck continues as my season really won't start for several more weeks as the snow slowly melts.

Roy,
I'll miss lookin for MnT's sheds this year but I'm sure I'll find some of his offspring's sheds in the future.

Here are some better pics of the same sheds. Was just playing around with the new camera and took these.

I love that first set, what a great looking buck, if you ever run out of room to store all that bone, I'll take that set if you ever choose to get rid of it, love the deep forks on that guy!

Chilcotin would be nice this year but I'm holding some holidays for a Salmon/Halibut trip we booked in July,(it makes tag soup taste better:). I've never been to Prince Rupert so it should be fun.

The last couple trips out have been a little unsuccesful but I'm sure my luck will turn around. Maybe MattB and BCrams will come down from PG and show me up...

I like the new pics. Good color. It always comes back to the color of brown tine......
Good luck! Yep we got some serious snow this year. Its keeping me out of my favorite haunts. About the time I can get to the muleys, its going to be time to chase down the elk bones. Keep an eye out for a big paddle. I'm looking forward to some moose shots!
