My dad was phoned yesterday and said he has won the special Elk draw. It is good for any area in Region 1 or 2 that has any elk season. We successfully hunted in 1-09C in 1992 for a small 6 point and haven't hunted the island since. Any ideas on a "non-private land" spot that holds good elk. The draw is for 2009 so we have lots of time.
If we're not supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
