Considering taking my son for a dream trip for steelhead in '09.
Looking at an October trip to the Kispiox.
I understand the river is very tempermental, with rain making it unfishable much of the time.
I also understand that it is mostly a flyfishermans river with gear guys getting snubbed a lot of the time.
Any of you guys that visit this site familiar with steelhead fishing the tributaries of the Skeena system?

Fishing in the Skeena drainage is highly regulated and you could see several weeks of rain. I have not personally fished the system but it offers some of the best in BC. Check out the following and search "classified waters" it will cost 50$ each for an 8 day licence, 60$ each for steelhead tag, 20$or 60$ a day each for classified water tags (depending on river classification).

If we're not supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
