Gorsuch it is !

LAST EDITED ON Apr-03-17 AT 10:11AM (MST)[p]Be careful for what you cheer lead for, it won't be long when a wack job liberal judge, or two, whom hates the 2nd Amendment is put through a Senate with a Democrat majority.

What ever you are willing to let your side do will also be done to you.

The Democrats shouldn't filibuster this move, I know they are butt hurt over the way Merrick Garland was treated but two wrongs don't make a right.

Wait for when the nuclear option is used on legislation when you are no longer in the majority. You can cheer all you want but you will regret this day at some point.

Gorsuch shouldn't even be a question, he is highly qualified and has the right stuff to be a Justice.

I agree

Baring some kind of catastrophe like a nuclear attack (and they'll still get that wrong), I don't ever see R's and D's working together. Their core values are too far apart.

Democrats will eventually win because they're not afraid to "burn that ##### down", and Republicans are more meek. Trump is just a minor setback.

Agreed.

When you have to change the rules to win it's going to bite you in the azz at some point. and Gorsuch is qualified, so was Garland. 100% partisan is how it goes from here forward, considering who holds a growing majority it's easy to see how this plays out long term.

So we have a president who lost the vote by the population of a half dozen states and we have a justice confirmed by changing the rules to reach the required votes. anyone see a pattern here?

Then we have melting snowflakes ,,,get over it!

Nemont, I agree

Tog, remember it was Harry and the Dems that changed the rules first, McConnel is just following Harrys leed.

So, just to play devils advocate, what if Trump gets two or three SCOTUS picks, then the Republicans move to end the nuclear option ?
What would happen.
The Dems are going to spend the next few years screaming about how unfair it is, how would they vote ?
Just a thought.
