Eel they probably are not alive to dig out. That bomb was detonated above ground to increase the shock wave. That shock wave will penetrate the open caves and scramble the internal organs of any terrs that are inside.
After the shock wave, the blast force may seal the cave entrances and entomb the terrs for a few thousand years. Can you imagine the fear that it will instill in those terrs that thought they were safe hiding out in those caves.
I think Trump listened to his military advisors on dropping that MOAB on the caves that were sheltering ISIS fighters.

Did I miss a memo or something? This action does not seem to add up. Nangarhar Province sits right on the border of Waziristan, the birthplace of Al Queda.
Al Queda and ISIS are at war with each other so it becomes difficult to believe there would be large numbers of ISIS fighters, let alone any ISIS fighters in that part of the country.

Standing rules of engagement govern how U.S. forces employ deadly force to achieve effects and minimize civilian casualties. Even though the bomb was bigger than normal, the commanders involved in this operation are bound by those same rules. As Gen.
