After your 7 hour pack in on horses you hit your tent, unload your gear, and the guide tells you, "Sorry bro, but we overbooked this hunt. Time for you to grab your gear and head back down the mountain." The word "booked" should have meaning, they took your money.

If there is a silver lining it comes in the form of bad press. Southwest just stepped up to the plate and will stop overbooking flights. I once got bumped from a United flight out of Chicago, when they hit the $2,500.00 mark I raised my hand and happily grabbed my carry on. Then again, my schedule allowed it and I ended up taking the family to Hawaii on that money.
