It just never ends with this guy. First he claims he came up with the Term "Priming the Pump" to get the economy jump started.
Now it is that he knows everything about health care. It is no wonder he thinks it would be an honor to meet little Kim and that the NK leader is a "smart cookie". They both use the same mirror.
