Mulvaney stated that 4 billion is in the budget for border defense and half of that 4 billion is for the wall according to a news report I read.

We do not know what is in the future. Mexico just might end up paying for that wall in the long run in trade agreements.

There is always hope that some magic future guy will make Mexico pay. Hope was Obama's theme and how did that turn out?

What happens if the Republicans cannot produce a viable repeal and replace bill in the Senate and the House bill dies of natural causes?
