?SB 719 was "gutted and stuffed" in the dark of night with language from anti-gun bills that had been previously killed.
? It creates a secret process for obtaining "extreme risk protection orders" prohibiting people from possessing firearms.
? When a court finds, based on secret hearsay evidence, that person presents an "imminent risk", may issue an order taking their guns.

Dude if this passes, you better be a little more careful about spouting off while in a drunken state. You may tick somebody off and they turn you in for being a danger to others and POOF, your guns are gone. You still voting for these liberal Democrats in your state that dreamed this bill up.
