Where Is The Tough Guy ?

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

In a meeting with his cabinet handling things like he should be. But that's way to complex for the average dreadlock idiot from Oregon living in his moms trailer living off govt subsidies.

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

It takes him 13 seconds to blow chit on any other subject. but with lil' kim he hides under the bed.

Maybe the reason Trump would be honored to meet him is they have so much in common. peas in a pod how can you bash your own?

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

That was because Obama did not know his butt from a hole in the ground when it came to handling foreign affairs. Obama was never able to get China to assist him since they did not trust or fear what he may do. Other words Dude, he was all mouth like you and not willing to walk the walk. Something you know a lot about.

+1 REHL. It's all just politics to Dude & FTW . They are classic hypocrites with the double standard of what Obama did, no recognition that Trump is employing China a feat BHO failed to do. The plot thickened with S Korea new leadership....not good so far .

+1 RELH. Trump is good when knowing the enemy. He knows more about Isis than the Generals.

So other than Trump making hollow threats and hiding under the bed, what is the difference between Trump's strategy and Obama's?

I'm asking about what he's done, not about how manly and good smelling he is. please stay focused.

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

You can lay the blame on this problem at the feet of President Harry S. Truman who pulled Gen. McArthur as commander of the U.S. forces during the Korea war.
When China entered in Korea to oppose our forces, McArthur wanted to nuke their advancing Army to defeat them.
China would have backed out, as they did not have nukes, and there would be no North Korea today.

Iran will be the next problem due to Obama's limp wristed treaty that is allowing them to build nukes with the help of North Korea.

Trump hints at ending US trade with all North Korea partners, after Mnuchin vows more sanctions

Published September 03, 2017
Fox News

President Trump suggested Sunday, after another underground nuclear test by North Korea, that he'll halt trade with any country doing business with the rogue nation, after Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said he is drafting a sanctions package that would end ?all trade" with North Korea.

?The United States is considering, in addition to other options, stopping all trade with any country doing business with North Korea,? tweeted Trump, in response to the regime of Kim Jong Un claiming to have detonated a hydrogen bomb underground.

Mnuchin told "Fox News Sunday" that he's preparing a sanctions package that would cut off ?all trade and other business,? with North Korea, following the country's overnight nuclear test, its sixth and most powerful.

?I will submit new sanctions for his strong consideration,? he said. ?There?s much more we can do economically.?

Such a bomb is considered more powerful than any of the five nuclear ones North Korea has already tested. And it apparently triggered an artificial earthquake of at least a magnitude 5.7.

?I did speak with the president,? Mnuchin also said Sunday. ?It's clear this behavior is unacceptable. ? I will draft a sanctions bill and send it to the president. We will work with our allies. We will work with China. But people need to cut off North Korea economically."

Now we're going back to Truman to defend the orange chit stain? I love it.

Cut them off economically? hell they live on straw and fish heads as it is what are you going to do take away their Leer jets? get real.

Trump shot his fat mouth off so much now Kim doesn't even take him serious anymore. that's why retards shouldn't be president. learning every day.

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

Shows how much of a fool you are. Their economy is near rock bottom only able to survive due to China and other countries that still trade with them. China was still buying their coal via using a third party.

Trump is now saying to those other countries, if you trade with N.Korea, you will loose the U.S. to trade with. That would be severe shock to those countries economy as most sell their products in the U.S.
Something Obama never had the brass ones to do.

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

The odds are that he will not have to do it. All China needs to know is if he will do it if they continue to go against the sanctions and that will be enough to get them to tow the line. China can not afford to loose us as a trading partner due to the very high volume they export here.

So your bet is another sucker bet or you are still stupid as always.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-05-17 AT 11:38AM (MST)[p]-China is the largest foreign holder of U.S. Treasury bills, bonds, and notes. As of June 2017, China owned $1.14 trillion in Treasuries. That's 29 percent of the public debt held by foreign countries. For details, see What Is the U.S. Debt to China? (Source: "Major Foreign Holders of U.S. Securities," U.S. Treasury.)

^^This is Why Trump and his merry band of supporters are all Shyt talkers.

It isn't just a one way street with China. The reason you can still see a doctor who accepts your medicare card is because China buys our debt. The have also had a large hand in holding down inflation in the U.S. given that we import cheaper goods. That has allowed your pension money to retain more of it's purchasing power.

Who has a bigger lever to pull? Us or them? Kind of the Mutual Assured Destruction era with the Soviets. If we do much to China, they can usher in an inflationary spike simply by not buying our debt. The would force interest rates to rise dramatically and wreak havoc on our deficits and debt. Or they could dump our debt and watch the panic in DC as they try to deal with real money instead of make believe.

China is currently our largest goods trading partner with $578.6 billion in total (two way) goods trade during 2016. Goods exports totaled $115.8 billion; goods imports totaled $462.8 billion. The U.S. goods trade deficit with China was $347.0 billion in 2016.
____________________________________________________________

Yes we will have to tighten our belt, but those figures above tells me that China will take the biggest lost by three times the amount they import to us. That is one huge amount to absorb and I do not think they will be willing to absorb that lost for more then one month.
Who do you think will cry uncle first. Dude does not count as he will cry if he pays 3 cents more for a Mexico tire instead of his cheap China made tire.

While we are talking money. We gave China 1.5 billion in aid during WW11 and I do not think they ever paid it back along with many other countries. With Interest from 1945 we should explore ways to get that debt paid in full.

RELH

RE: Where Is The Tough Guy ?

You are still fighting WWII? FYI we didn't give communist China that money, we gave the money to the people Chairman Mao defeated in 1949. We didn't give any money to Communist China.

Do you follow that it would be far more than "belt tightening" if we stopped trading with China?

Do you follow what would happen if China dumped our debt and sat out the bond auctions? Interest rates sky rocket. China has $3 trillion in foreign reserves, U.S. has $117 Billion. Plus all the money U.S. corporations have invested over there. Your pension funds, stock market values and equity markets would drop like a stone once those investments in China become at risk.

Also every 1% rise in the interest rate cost the Government $200 billion in annual interest payments. So just that alone would make it not only a stupid move on Trump's part.

So why pretend that Trump would be willing to do that? He has not intention of ending trade with China and if he ever even looked like he would do such a thing, the bond market would crush him. The bond vigilante's will reappear and force interest rates through the roof. That is just a fact.

When you're as deep into Trump , or actually when Trump is as deep into RELH as he is he can't ever admit how wrong he is. RELH will never bet on his hero he's all chit talk.

Every time Trump makes a hollow threat he looks weaker. Kim knows if he starts a war he's a dead man, he has no intention of making the first move. he's just playing Trump for the weak leader he is for fun.
