Might be a good thing to shake the appointees up and make them do a better job. Obama failed to do that and we ended up with people of the caliber of Lois Lerner, Eric Holder, Susan Rice, Loretta Lynch, and Hillary in many departments of the federal government.

Trump has a history of getting rid of people that do not make the grade of getting things done.
