Before you lock him up, you have to determine if he committed a crime. In other words did any of those emails involve classified information which was the focal point with Hillary.

Good point. so let's commission the second longest congressional investigation in history to see. and if it's determined he didn't do anything serious enough to warrant charges we'll piss and moan and never accept the outcome.

Wouldn't anyone with an IQ over 20 have learned by now if you work with the whitehouse ALL emails are on your official server? Hillary's emails have caused 98.6 % of all the evil in the world that's an accepted fact, can we stand anymore?

You know what, you're absolutely right we need to have full accountability here. I say we let Kushner delete all of his personal emails from the server and then let him wipe the server clean before we force him to hand it over.

You shouldn't have a problem with that right? I mean that's what we allowed Hillary to do so what's good for the goose should also be good for the gander right?

I believe that the precedent now is that while Kushner may have made bad mistakes, he certainly had no intent in harming the government so no charges to be filed.

Obviously I'm being sarcastic but I can't help but make fun of the selective outrage. Given the Hillary Clinton email scandal was a major talking point in the Trump campaign, if this turns into another scandal, I can't defend the stupidity of anyone in the Trump administration repeating it.

Had the Hillary email fiasco not happened this may be excusable. but when the orange POS ran for president on Hillary's emails don't you think everyone in his administration should have learned something about email servers? get real.

There are rules for Trump, and there at rules for everyone else. a little justifiable outrage is warranted.
