Revisions and divisions continue with the R&R of Ocare. Now they are trying to Rand Paul, they are losing Ted Cruz, Collins and McCain are No's. Murkowski is getting money thrown at her to get to a yes.

Sen. Collins just gave Ole Mitch the thumbs down on R&R. That makes McCain, Collins, Paul and Cruz so after running on fixing healthcare for 7 years, getting Trump elected to do it on "day one" and going through zero committees, no regular order, no attempt to craft legislation, The very best the United States Senate can come up with is the status quo.

What is crazy is that they sent a repeal bill all the way to the President's desk before. Of course the president was Obama and the year was 2016. Why don't they just vote again on that same bill? What changed?
