Is that "won't much" 100 dollars or is it 1200 dollars off their yearly taxes. Won't much can be slanted to be nothing or more then expected.

What does it do to the debt?

or is debt a great thing now?

There are zero models that show we can grow our economy enough to deal with our debt. We have to cut spending and Trump has already said we can't touch the biggest spending programs: Defense, Medicare and Social security.

It's Trumpcare now. since he didn't replace it as promised he owns it.

There is nothing in this plan that will make a noticeable difference in anything except the debt. and this is BEFORE it's scaled back to where it can pass.

Just another con he can't deliver on.

I guess it is winning if the conservatives only add $5.8 Trillion to the national debt and not as much as that no good Obama.

We have had basically free money for years now but this tax cut is going to magically stimulate sustained growth? Can anyone please show me any economic models that show we can grow enough to "pay for" these tax cuts?

https://www.cnbc.com/2017/09/28/5-trillion-question-for-trump-tax-plan-how-to-pay-for-it.html

Every model shows, that is credible, shows a far easier path. Cut spending now, keep revenues steady and meet in the middle.

This plan does neither but the Trump supporters don't give two shyts about the debt as long as the guy has an R after his name, debt is a grand thing and deficits don't matter.

Young kids today should kick their republican grandparents in the face today. by the time they discover what they did to their environment and debt load grampy will be dead and it will be too late.

But that's been the fake conservative plan the whole time hasn't it.

So that makes Trump golden in your eyes? If that is your excuse then why do you blame Obama for everything? He just did what the guy before him did? Or are you just like every other phony, a big hypocrite who doesn't give a $hyt about the debt when it is a Republican government?

Why does it matter who is in the White House if they all just rack up debt? Why should anyone give a Shyt about electing either side?

Do you know that zeroing out the debt and defaulting would destroy your medicare and social security?

"We should raise everyone's rate to 95% and let our government spend like drunken monkeys!"

They called them the greatest generation, the silent generation, the generations of builders. Our birth parents who gave forth to the Boomers. They built, we enjoyed.

Without realizing it DW"s failed attempt at humor actually describes the economic environment that propelled the U.S. economy after World War II. Hence, the Baby Boomer generation. Damns, mass-transportation, highway, and energy systems, sound familiar?

Look at our rate of debt, simple math, what you take in vs what goes out. Your failed humor DW is actually a solution the only difference is it should be an increase in the $10+ Million and above the class instead of the 200-400K bracket.

Keep in mind that is taxable income, that's what left after you and your accountant write-off or defer everything under the sun, that is taxable income.

Larry Lindsey (left), the former director of the National Economic Council under George W. Bush, says he’s willing to bet $60,000 with liberal economists Paul Krugman (middle) and Larry Summers (right) that their doomsday predictions about President Trump’s tax reform proposals will turn out to be wrong. (Reuters)

A former top adviser to then-President George W. Bush is daring liberal economists slamming Republican tax plans in the op-ed pages of the New York Times and Washington Post to put some real money on the line.

Larry Lindsey, former director of the National Economic Council under Bush, says he’s willing to bet $60,000 with Larry Summers and Paul Krugman that their doomsday predictions on President Trump’s tax overhaul turn out to be wrong.

“Rather than go for academic name-calling, I propose a more market-oriented approach: a wager,” Lindsey wrote in a memo to clients, which was obtained by Fox News.

Asked about the wager during a Thursday appearance on CNBC, Larry Summers wouldn’t take the bet. (REUTERS/Joshua Roberts)

In the memo, Lindsey sought to rebut Summers and Krugman’s recent criticism of the GOP plan.

Summers is a former director of the National Economic Council under former President Barack Obama. Krugman is a liberal columnist for The New York Times.

__________________________________________________________

Makes you wonder who is telling the truth and who is slanting for political reasons. At least Lindsey was willing to put up some serious money and Larry Summers backed out taking the bet.

RELH

'They’re going to lose. And they know it.'
- Larry Lindsey, Bush economic adviser
Disputing Summers and Krugman’s gloomy predictions about what would happen if the tax package is passed, Lindsey wrote that he believes economic growth will be “far higher” under Trump than Obama, income inequality will decline and “real wages for ordinary workers” will rise.

Safe bet because Trumps plans aren't going to happen.

A token in policy change will be the best that comes from yet another broken promise. and that will probably have to be by executive order.
