U.S. House of Representatives to Vote on H.R. 38, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, Next Week

In a huge win for Second Amendment supporters, the U.S. House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a mark-up of H.R. 38, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, and favorably reported an amended version of the bill to the full House.


State Attorneys Generals Back National Reciprocity

H.R. 38, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, gained support from a coalition of America?s highest-ranking law enforcement officers. Twenty-four attorneys general from across the country signed a letter spearheaded by Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley supporting this common sense legislation.

Hopefully this will past the House and Senate and make it a lot easier for CCW permit carriers when traveling in other states.

Yawn. by taking the Utah test with my Oregon CWP it allows me to carry in any state I care to visit. which does not include your state thankfully.

It took me a few hours for the class and the test and a week or two to get my CWP from the sheriff.

Oh the humanity. I pray the GOP and it's NRA master can save me.
