In Sacramento they are putting a program into effect this month where they will pay violent gang bangers $1,000.00 per month if they demonstrate good behavior and quit doing their drive by shootings. Might have to raise taxes to pay for it.

Those gang bangers are probably laughing their heads off and already planning to use the money for more drugs and more gun buying on the black market.

For you that live out of CA., this is what you get to look forward too if you keep voting in liberal Democrats and end up turning your state into another CA. controlled by ignorant progressive Democrats that have sh!t for brains and jelly for a backbone.

Oregon is already another mini CA. controlled by the liberals living in Portland, and Eugene area. Washington is fast becoming another mini CA. controlled by the liberals in the Seattle area and Spokane area.

Idiots like Cornhusker will keep voting liberal Democrat because he does not have the common sense to come in out of the rain.

Yep they are coming your way. When they retire from the Bay area and L.A. and try to move to our more conservative northern counties, they get the cold shoulder treatment and move out in about 2-3 years.

No, the taxpayers of California are not paying gang members to not commit crime. The taxpayers of Sacramento will be contributing matching funds for gang rehabilitation youth centers with the non-profit Advance Peace.

FTW you are full of it as always. I did not get that news from FAUX. That news was played on channel 3 news out of Sacramento, CA. They did state that individuals would be paid one thousand per month if they demonstrated good behavior and no gun violence.
