Hell I even p/u penny's. I just finished refurbishing one of my duplexes and I bet I picked up $10_12 dollars of coins. Also. A 5 dollar peso and more cockroaches than I've ever seen. F'ing illegals had fake SS #s.

yes...but beaners pay their rent....nothing worse than white trash tennants....

Kalifornicated with its crazy liberal laws help losers stay in your rentals ( where are they going to go?) Until you want to scream. The white trash herion/meth users are the worst. They kick in walls, dehinge doors, and basically live a life of drugs, sex, and irresponsibility.


I was able to get the beaners out because I suspected they were illegal (Thanks to my previous lazy property manager I suspect they had a cache load of cash and paid 6 months rent)) as my new manager threatened to call ICE if they didn't leave asap. It worked.
