The lack of understanding the budget and appropriation process by Trump and his dumb stooges is frightening. The Trump's Dumb Stooges contingent on here should refrain from lecturing anyone about their lack of understanding the workings of our Republic.
Do either of you two of Trump's Dumb Stooges stooges know what it would take to make that would work in real life? Or are you just happy that Mexico isn't going to pay for the wall so you want to pay for it using war money.

I am fine with paying for the wall. We need it and if it takes me paying more in taxes then so be it. Mexico could pay for it through tariffs down the road. If you think we can handle another 20 million illegals then support your candidates that can stop it this fall.

The thing is, Nemont is right about the spending. I don't buy into all the Russia BS and a lot of the TDS that is out there but at the end of the day we bitched and moaned about Obama's spending and now Trump is doing the same thing.
I really think he thought he could get the wall built with the military money but I'm afraid that's probably not going to happen although it would have been brilliant. I'm not as concerned about the Mexico paying for it thingy yet because we are still negotiating trade stuff which could ultimately cost Mexico some money which could in turn "pay" for the wall. We just can't allow the Republicans to spend like drunken sailors and cheer it on while we blasted Obama and the Democrats for it last time. It's simply disingenuous.
I'm also a realist and don't expect Trump to come through with every single campaign promise he ever made. No president ever has. If the wall gets built and we pay for it, so be it. For me it is worth it. Think about this, in California we are building a "bullet" train which so far has a cost of 77 BILLION dollars and the costs are rising all the time. The "Bullet" train will likely never be completed and at the end of the day isn't true high speed rail so essentially it's a ginormous waste of money. The wall is estimated at 20+ BILLION and would at least help stop the tidal wave of illegals flowing in annually.
For me stopping the flow of drugs across our border is #1 priority. My older brother died from his drug addiction and I despise dealers and traffickers who couldn't care less about the addiction that causes people to die so yeah we should stop the bullet train and use that money on the wall, lol!
