To amend the Constitution it takes 2/3 of each house to start the process of it can be done by Congress calling for a Convention that has to be requested by 2/3 of the state legislatures. To ratify the amendment it takes 3/4 of the states to approve the amendment.

Does anyone ,except those who have to adjust the tension on their tinfoil hat chin strap, believe 3/4 of the states would ratify an amendment to get rid of the 2nd?

We can't get 2/3rd of each house to agree on whether or not we should go to the metric system.

That is one of the real dangers. The Heller decision was 5-4.

And that's one of the biggest disappointments of the left when Trump got elected. They were so close to getting the SC they wanted.

Ocho knows it too. He's just a con man saying there is nothing to worry about.
