There never has been a goal and there still isn't. the idea is to spend US taxpayer money pretending we give a FF until it's over and someone is back in charge.


If ragheads want to fight with each other stay the hell out of it and let them occupy themselves. then put a strong man like Assad or Saddam in to cut their heads off if they pop them up. it's the only thing that works .

It's beyond me, other than testing our weapons out once in awhile or getting rid of the old stock. :D

A raghead with an AK47 in Afghanistan or Syria is no threat to the US. Leave him be. If the people in those countries don't like it, let them rise up, or die. Whatever.

Or if they get too powerful, do the fly overs and send them back to the stone age and let them start over. We don't need their oil anymore.

How about this. Define what our vital national interests are in fighting in Syria? Instead of spending blood and treasure there or the idiotic and moronic "three fly overs" start with the basics.

Why do we have a single service member inside of Syria? why do we only care about killing 500 civilians with chemical weapons but ignore the hundreds of thousands killed with barrel bombs, tanks, snipers, mortars etc., etc.? Why is the manner of death more important to us?

This isn't just Trump's war and he didn't get us into it but he is using a different script now that looks a lot like Obama's old script.
