Trump said he wanted a popular vote election. which of course would mean he wouldn't be president. I'm not arguing with him dum dum I agree with him.

The whole interview is worth watching. even by Trump standards it's insane. is he losing it or is he really this dumb ? someone needs to figure it out.

As usual your argument lacks logic when you say if we had a popular vote Trump wouldn't have won. Why? well let me educate you, if I'm a conservative I wouldn't give Oregon a second look for example because I'm going to lose those electoral votes period. However if I'm looking at the popular vote I will approach each state much differently in my campaign strategy. Trump himself said even before he was elected President via our countries laws said he would run his campaign much differently if it was a popular vote. So the truth is we don't know who would have won but we do know that both candidates would have run their campaigns much differently.

Every candidate tries to get as many votes as they can you need to accept that. you're listening to the con man again. he wants you to think he would have gotten more votes than Hillary if he had just run his campaign different but he was too smart for that . so he purposefully pissed off the majority to gain electoral votes ? WTF ever.

I will give him credit he did go to the right places and lied to the right chumps to get the electoral votes. but he knew he only had to con a few key states and swing a few dumb voters to pull off a minority win. there is no way to do that nationally so it's safe to say he would have lost the popular vote .

It was your orange hero that says we need to change it. argue with him. what do you want to bet he doesn't try real hard to change it ? like not at all. there's your sign.

Your rebuttal to mine was a poor one. You show your lack of being objective by using name calling and you show your lack of political understanding when you say that each candidate tries equally to get every voters vote. Political contest are all statistics/mathematical equation. One candidate has very little time considering when you are trying to cover a whole country. You spend your time where you think it will do you the greater good. If the rules are changed to the game you play then you play the game differently. I'm not saying just Trump I'm saying both candidates would have changed there game plan. By saying that you know for sure the outcome would have been the same popular vote just proves your drinking the same kool-aid you keep saying everyone else is drinking.

I cannot say a hugely unpopular president couldn't have won the popular vote with a different strategy. nobody can. but it's even harder for you to say he could. it's illogical actually.

Trump says he'd like to change it. if you think he can win anyway why not support him in doing so ? we both know if they proposed changing it you and all the other wingnuts would chit kittens. including Trump, just part of the con .

The electoral college has never helped a democrat win in history. isn't it ironic this liberal ideology of defending minorities even if they're weak, dumb and slow only benefits conservatives.
