Evidently there's not an attorney in the boulder government intelligent enough to know it's against state law!

DW they do not care if it violates the law. No skin off their noses while it is being fought in court for the next several years.
Now if those city supervisors can be sued and it will come out of their pocket, and not the city coffers, they would care about being more careful on passing bad laws.

A local gun assc. and the NRA will combine and challenge them in court like they did in CA. The anti gunners laugh at that as that drains more litigation money from the NRA coffers and they do it on purpose even if they know it will be tossed out later by the courts.
