Thanks for the support DW...

It's a start. I'll be very curious to see how the vote goes. I don't imagine southern CA will give up our water without a fight, but we should at least make them pay for it instead of just killing our fisheries.

People from southern CA can buy an out of state license if they want to deer hunt too. Sorry Homer... We'll make you honorary citizen.
