The Democrats Are Clueless

House Democrats recently drafted a letter to the president praising his diplomatic efforts on NK and are begging him not to put too much demand on NK and denuclearization. Essentially they are asking him not to derail the diplomacy by demanding NK give up nukes and ballistic missiles immediately. Of course they can't not remind him that military intervention without approval from Congress is illegal but at least they agree that this process should take time.

This of course, is in contrast with Senate Democrats who in their letter to the president say that no concessions should be made until complete denuclearization has been accomplished, verified and is permanent.

So... in other words... We as Democrats aren't going to be happy any way you handle the NK situation Mr. President. If I was him I would immediately go to the copy machine and photocopy my middle finger and send it back to both House Democrats and Senate Democrats with a p.s. saying I will consult Congress as required in the event I believe military force is needed. Until then sit back and let the adults handle this situation.

I would also remind them that their approval rating sucks and that his approval rating on NK has skyrocketed in the past few months. We know that Democrats need this to fail for the midterm elections but they should at least be on the same page on how it should fail.

And they want it known that if something good happens it was also their idea, and if something bad happens it's all on Trump and they warned him. A real solid stance.
