Is it possible to recreate a set of antlers with only pictures and measurements?

I lost a big elk rack to thieves a few years back and am wondering if there is anyone out there who can reproduce antlers without having the originals. I had him officially measured, so I have all tine lengths as well as main beam, mass and width.

It sounds like a long shot to me, but many people have encouraged me to look into it. I thought I'd start by asking the experts here on MM.

Never seen it done or heard about anyone even trying. Was you're rack a typical rack? If so, I think your best bet would be to just find another elk rack with similar measurements.

Since you had it officially scored it must have been a booner. If you haven't already I would contact Jack Reneau at B&C and tell him your story. If anyone ever tries to register the bull with B&C they can match up the score and measurements and you might get your bull back. Good luck.

If you have pictures,I'm pretty sure there is a guy that can do it,but it's fairly pricey.I remember reading an article about this guy awhile back.Go to a taxidermy website and you could probably find him.

Thanks for the idea, I'll do that. It wasn't the biggest bull in the world (362) but the biggest I may ever kill.
