Help!

I found this awesome dead head out in Colorado last week, unfortunately he busted off his entire front fork and part of his G2. I would like to fix it up so I can mount it. Can any of you give me some tips or tricks to do this and make it look good? Materials I will need, stuff to match the colors, etc. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks guys!
