Mountain Lion Taxidermy Question

In my state they now have a year round season on Mountain Lion and I was wondering if you got one in June or July would it still make a good mount or would the hair be to thin.

The average guy won't notice once its mounted. A furrier or taxidermist that mounts quite a few each year will notice but it really won't affect the final look of your mount.

The lion in the front left is a cat I mounted that came from the desert country of New Mexico. The lion in the back was shot here in CO. In Jan. Not really noticeable unless you look real close.
