Has anyone ever tried to make antler replicas? I was thinking about giving it a try and was wondering if anyone had any advice.

Good luck that's the best advice I can give. I play hell just trying to sculpt a broken point and making it look convincing. Much less an entire rack. But their are a few folks out there with the talent to get it done correctly.

I just finished up a set of reproduction sheep horns from the ram I killed in 2014. It was WAY more time consuming than I had planned on and the only reason I got through it when I did was I had the help of a VERY knowledge friend who does molding and casting as part of his business. He also helped out greatly by supplying me with some excess supplies, otherwise this would have also been a very expensive project.
