Headed to the Boulder area next week for muzz mule deer.

Who is THE best taxidermist in that area, within 2-3 hrs?

Lealand Rainier is there in Craig. A few hours away. Big cat taxidermy he is an exceptional taxidermist.

Giving some love to my taxidermist, Chris Delehoy at All Seasons Taxidermy (970) 631 6401, in Laporte, CO. West of Fort Collins, bout an hour and 15 minutes from boulder. See his website. I searched boulder, denver area last year and found he was the only one i gave an "A"rating, based on website photos. Not saying he's the only good one but for me he was clearly above the rest. Got my 2018 mzzle deer to him sunday. Good turnaround, especially if you get in at front of line in september! Extremely happy with 2017 buck. Try to post pic tonight. Its 4 hours from boulder to craig, fyi. Dont know that taxidermist's work but just sayin'

Mountain View Taxidermy in Parker does a good job. Might be close enough to look at some of his work and see if you like it. Good luck on your hunt!
