Candied Steaks Alfredo

Steaks 1/2" x 1/2" chunks
2 cups sweet whisky
Seasoning Salt
Pasta of choice
Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Shear steak chunks in whisky & seasoning salt (DO NOT USE ANY OIL IN PAN). Simmer on low heat until whisky has evaporated stirring meat to evenly candy all sides. Prepare pasta & sauce. Serve

I will be trying this one! What kind of whiskey do you use? Like anything else in camp, whatever kind happens to be handy?
 
How about Southern Comfort? Maybe too sweet?

I tried this last night for the first time and we will definetly be having it again! Very good and the best part is how easy it is to make. I used Jack Daniels since i had it in the cupbard and dont prefer it to drink and it turned out great!
 
WOW. I had the day off today so i thought I'd make this for lunch. I got half way thru and was to damn drunk to keep cookin. Guess I Better go sleep this off before my wife gets home from work and finds out I didn't get anything done around the house and started drinkin at noon
