mountain goat meat

so how is the best way to eat this meat. i got steaks and lots of burger. the burger really doesnt taste any different then beef. i took the goat burger and made chili and no one could tell is was not beef.

so what can i do with the steaks??????????? i know they are a really tough meat

What ever you do cook the hell out of it...They can be a carrier of Trichinosis.
