RUM CAKE:

Cake:
1 Pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 Small Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Cold Water
1/2 cup Rum (Get Malibu Coconut Rum)

Mix all together and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Lightly butter and flour the cake pan before pouring in the batter.

Glaze
1 Stick Butter
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Rum (Use the same Malibu)
Mix all together and boil for 5 minutes. Do this just before the cake is done. Then carefully and slowly pour this over the cake. It will soak in. As you serve put a spoon full of whipped cream on it. This one is absolutely amazing!!
