I can't remember where this one came from, but whenever I make it, people go crazy!
Killer Cream Pie
Ingredients (everything will be used up):
? Two large or three small graham cracker piecrusts.
? One 16oz Cool Whip
? One soft cream cheese
? One can Eagle Brand
? 14oz of coconut
? ? to ? cup of chopped pecans
? One jar of caramel ice-cream topping
? One cube of butter
1. Brown coconut and pecans in one cube of butter.
2. Blend cool whip, cream cheese and Eagle Brand.
3. Fill each piecrust half full with cream mixture.
4. Sprinkle with half of the coconut/pecans.
5. Heat caramel. (Remove lid and microwave for 55 seconds) then dribble half over top of coconut/pecans.
6. Repeat steps one through 5 to fill pies.
7. Cover with lid and freeze.
