Dutch Oven Swiss Steaks

Cubed Steaks beef or vension
Stewed spicy tomatoes
Cayanne Pepper
Sea Salt
Chopped onion
Brown Sugar
Cholula Hot Sauce

Dice up the stewed tomatoes, add salt, Cayanne, & onions. Place mix in ziploc or vac bag with raw steaks. Freeze or chill if to be used within a few days. Let mix blend with meat before freezing.
Throw mix in dutch oven on low add 1-2 cups water, 1/2 cup brown sugar & 2 TBS Hot Sauce. Slow cook throughout the day. Great evening camp meal. Can also be done at home in crock pot.

My dad does this one in deer camp.
You can also use a couple large jars of salsa instead of tomatoes and hot sauce.
