Turkey

I would like to get a great recipe for a turkey to smoke in my Masterbuilt smoker. It's electric and is digital 275?.

I like a dry rub here's the recipe
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 Tablespoons ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons ground ginger
2 Tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary powder

Rub on heavily and smoke, don't add more in the process.
