This is one of my favorite recipe's.....
Mexican shrimp cocktail...
2 lbs of thawed cooked and cleaned shrimp
1 large red onion
1 cucumber
4 sticks of celery
cilantro (diced)
6 cloves of garlic (pressed)
5 avocado's (cut into 3/8 or 1/2" cubes)
4-10 serrano peppers diced small (I like this dish spicy)
clamato juice (large size)
juice of one lemon
tapatio (about 3 tablespoons)
Cut veggies to size of your liking..Add to large bowl..Squeeze out water of frozen shrimp and add to bowl..Add remaining ingredients..Give a little stir,cover and put in the fridge for 3 hrs before serving....GOOD STUFF!
