Love to eat some but i ain't figured yet how to get them outa that dang shell!!! Tasty bastiges i hear, might dangerous though! ;-)

Eel, by now you've probably figured I'm simple.
When I'm down on the Yellowstone in Eastern Montana doing the Catfish and the Sturgeon program and someone lands a Booner Turtle, I like to wrap it in foil and put it in the coals of the fire, for about an hour plus a few minutes. Turn or recover frequently.
