LAST EDITED ON Aug-13-10 AT 02:36PM (MST)[p]I'm sure y'all know this but just in case here is the best start of Q'ing up some good tender ribs...
Make sure you remove the membrane from the inside of the ribs..This is easy to do with a couple small pieces of paper towel for extra grip..Once you get ti started most of it will pull off by hand...
Once that is removed you can rub the ribs with your favorite seasonings and let them sit while your smoker is getting up to temp..
When your smoker is at temp (225-250) put your ribs on..
After 3 hours take them off and foil them tightly and place back into the smoker for 2 hours..
Now pull the foil off and leave them on the smoker for about an hour..If you want BBQ sauce put it on the last half hour...
This is known as the 3-2-1 method and it works great...
