Just bought 240 ears of corn.

I just spent the evening shucking,boiling and freezing corn I bought from our local Hutterite. $4 dollers a dozen. I boiled them for 8 mins the soaked them in ice water for 7 mins and then put them in ziploc bags and frozen. Do any of you do it differt? I just love sweet corn and now I will have it for the whole winter!!

we freeze them in the husk, to cook we soak a few in water for 15 minutes while the grill gets hot. put them on grill in the husk. turn them every 5 minutes for about 1 hour. try not to put directly on top of fire while on grill serve with melted butter
