Premade Breakfast Burritos

I thought I would share my breakfast burritos that I make when we are camping or hunting. I guess what fills the burrito is just a matter of what you like but I'm sharing this idea because they are super easy to make and fast when you are hunting.
For my burritos I ususally put:
1 lb breakfast sausage (spicy)
1 lb maple bacon (thick sliced) I chop mine up
10 eggs
10 flour tortillas
1 medium block of velveta nacho cheese

All you do is cook all the stuff you want in your burrito and when everything is done combine all but the cheese and tortilla. Put a scoop of burrito filling on the tortilla and set a chunk of velveta on top and roll up.

After you have rolled up your 10 burritos then I vacuum seal them.

I then freeze them and they can sit in your freezer for a long time.
When we are hunting or camping I will take a package out of the cooler the night before and when we wake up in the morning all you have to do is throw the bag in a pot of boiling water and in 5-10 minutes you have a hot burrito for breakfast. We have one of those water tanks on the side of the wall tent stove that works great to heat them up. When we are dressed and ready I just grab the package and cut it open and a good breakfast is served.
I also do the same with other things like onions and burgers. I'll put 10 burgers in my smoker and give them some flavor then vacuum seal. At hunting camp all I have to do is grill and eat. The onions are all ready chopped and in there portion sizes that I need so all I have to do is open the bag. You get the idea....works great and saves some time!

Sounds, looks great--I can darn near taste it on a high-altitude, snowy morning expedition.
Gonna give it a whirl.

We did the same thing this year on a pack in trip, only wrapped them in foil and either heat up on the camp stove or throw em in the back pack and when you are on the mountain take esbit or trioxane tablets to heat them up, make a mini rock stove, drop in the tablets, leave the burrito a couple inches above the heat and you got a hot lunch in a couple of minutes!
