What is your favorite smoking woods?

Just wondering what your favorite woods are for smoking both red meats, white meats (poultry) and fish? Just got a smoker and am interested in doing some smoking just wondering what to start with.

I really like mesquite or hickory for beef and pork. Chicken, turkey, and fish, I go with alder or one of the fruit woods.
