I have been watching this over on AR....it is AMAZING what this guy has done to this client.

I for one...if I lost $70,000 would be taking things into my own hands. That guy is a crook and I hope that we ALL as hunters stick together and try to ruin this guys Booking business.

Dang, it took me a couple hours to read through that entire thread in the link along with links in it and it made me sick! Anybody that obviously preys on honest hunters like that guy Blair does should be presented with an all expenses paid lion or elephant hunt along with a rifle loaded with blanks!!!

I met Lonnie H. (the father) in Mexico this past January and heard the story first hand. Its too bad there are people like that in our industry, I've met a few and don't care to meet any more. Good Luck to the Henriksen family in this matter.

$70,000 stolen would probaly put me in jail for a bad thing and the rest world wouldn't have to worry about him. $70,000 is alot of money to me.

That thread on the link provided by the OP regarding the scam is really getting interesting and is now on into a 9th page. A bunch of reputable agents and guides have gotten together and are now about to expose the agent and outfitter as to how they defrauded the guy and a bunch of other people. Guys are even pledging monetary donations to fund anything necessary to put these scumbags out of business and maybe behind bars for a length of time! If it goes that far, I'll probably toss in some money because what these guys are pulling on us dedicated hunters is unconscionable!!!

I've been following it since Tony posted the link, I would sure hate to be that outfitter or guide, them boys at AR are on em like flys on shet..
I think i will pitch in a few bucks also if they ever get off the ground with it..

Yep this should be at the top of all hunting sites, might make any other lieing cheating thieves in the bussiness think twice before robbing someone like that..
No doubt the heat is on ol Blair and Heathington, they're done in the huntin' world!!!
No way they will ever recover from this one..

They might both end up as illegal aliens down in Mexico before it's all over the way things are going, but that would be too good!!! They need to be hung from a tree and used as target practice!

Thanks for posting this information and link . Hopefully it will save another hunter a lot of grief , and hopefully the scamed hunter will be able to recoup some of his money .

I have talked to Jeff many time's on the phone his hunt's are just to good to be true.My money will always go to a guide not some middleman.I wonder how he show's his face at the SCI show's.

Kinda sounds like they owe them Mexicans some money also, so i doubt it would be to safe for em down there either..

How can they just be "OUT" their $70,000..?? If you had paid a contractor, or a marketing firm, or an investment broker $70,000 and then the services were not provided- you'd be going to court, wouldn't you..??

I can,t believe the amount of people that get scammed every year from lack of research. It only takes a few minutes compared to the amount of time it takes make the 70k.
