Wow, it has been a crazy adventure. Sometimes it seems like a hunt can go any way but the way you want it too.
Not this time!
My son drew the 2016 Sportsman's Antelope tag on his first try. He was only 14. Odds were close to 1 in 2950. After a bunch of scouting it was nice to find a huge buck just to be able to hunt. Things went perfect on the hunt and Bronson was able to take his buck on September 5th. ( After about 15 miles of stalking and 5 missed shots) The buck ended up scoring 84 2/8".
We had Paul Pennie mount the buck and he has it done in time to be at the expo next weekend. And if that was not enough I sent the story to the Huntin Fool and we were very surprised to see he made the cover story. This is one of those times thing just worked out perfect. This will be a hard one to beat!

It sounds like it will be out where you validate you tickets were you will walk through the main doors into the expo.

That is one fine picture and a great looking speed goat.
Congrats to the young gun, You got a great trophy.
Paul did a outstanding job on that mount.

That is sweet! I would rather see a million more stories like this before I have to see or read about some genius and his possee of 25 paid idiots taking an animal.

Awesome adventure, indeed. Congratulations, young man! Thanks, dad. And thanks to Huntin' Fool for putting it on the cover.

This one is for 1911's response:
This was the whole crew, Grand parents and the family dog. That is about as good as it gets!

I am pleased to see that it was your son that shot this outstanding buck I saw at Paul Pennie's booth just outside the Expo. Congratulations to both you and your son! Lifetime memory.

I don't think there is any other quality
so essential to success of any kind as the
quality of perseverance. It overcomes
almost everything, even nature.
