I have hunted in a half dozen countries and with out a doubt Mexico is the most accommodating when it comes to entering with guns and ammo. If your paperwork is correct (your outfitter should ask for a photo of your serial #(s) and no more than 100 rnds of ammo it will be a breeze. In fact most hunters will tell you it more of a hassle crossing into Canada.
