Outfitters only on UT state trust lands?

Well, as long as every acclaimed outfitter in the state with a two bit rear window sticker can line their pockets it will be proclaimed a win win. How the multitudes can stand back and worship the outfitters whilst ignoring the direction they have eviscerated a heritage is beyond me.

Maybe they can make it like the adopt a highway program. This unit is adopted by jack wagon outfitters and sons.

I hear so much about how cattlemen should pay fair market value, should the same pertain to hunters?

If they were to follow the law the way it is written they almost have to increase the access fee.

I can not see how running that access through an outfitter program
could benefit the trust's bottom line.
