Who still makes it? What caliber? Got lots of chipmunks and red squirrels mauling my garden and they never sit still enough for air rifle. Also what is another name for it? Can't find any on Cabelas website under that name.

Sometimes called snake loads. CCI makes a lot of different pistol calibers. Spendy though!

When I am not using my DOA tactical shooting bench and bags. They are set up on the back porch with my Gamo setting in them. That is a Gamo adult pellet rifle. Thinking about moving up to a Airforce in a 22 caliber. I have used 22 caliber CB caps. But if your in a town. You may end up with a firing a firearm within the sitting limits ticket. A couple of days ago I had a fox trying to get into the chicken coop. He is hurting but ran off. But it usually squirrels in the fruit trees and garden. The trigger pull on those Gamo's really suck. ?

The only problem with those "snake loads" even in centerfire pistol calibers, they are a very short range option. Pass 15 feet and you would be pressed to kill anything. 22LR caliber is even worse on range distance.

No question. If I had a serious infestation I'd get some rat traps, some cotton balls and a jar of peanut butter!

My current situation precludes me from caring about your opinion but go ahead and give voice to it anyway...

Take a 5 gallon bucket with 8" of water in it. Put it below a chippy hang out, a rock wall is ideal. Throw a handful of sunflower seeds on top = kamikaze chippies Dump when ripe and re set.

Thanks! Water & sunflower seeds works great on chipmunks - caught about 15 but zero on red squirrels - literally.
