Great bull for the lady. Congrats

Congrat young lady. Great to see young women out hunting. Nothing like a good Mom who will teach her children the values of the life style. Preserving the future.

Hope Ben applied his considerable artist talents to those for you!

May your future hunts be even better!

Also a bodybuilder I see!

I guess some people are still sore she didn't get charged in the ram that was killed in the wrong area of Utah.

Way to go Robyn! Nice animals!

Do all y'all needs guides when you're sitting next corn flingers too? How about when you're shooting african game behind a high fence, do you need a guide to get that done?

Awesome goat huntingtexas. Do you like hunting Africa too.

Here's a nice one.

Hope you are having lots of fun this fall. Just closed out antelope season here. It was more like moose on the peninsula than antelope on the prairie this year.

Doesn't look like there is anywhere to put a feeder near that goat. And if you ever go hunting in Africa, you will probably be hunting behind a high fence on a VERY large ranch.

If you have something to say, say it. Otherwise this juvenile sniping gets old.

I have no desire to go to Africa ever. I was merely inquiring if you TexASSans needed a guide to get it done when you're shooting African game behind a high fence in TexASS or sitting next to your corn flingers too.

I think I've been saying what I've had to say for a long time now. Pay attention.

Nice one Pudge!

Did you at least let it get out of it's cage before you shot it?

I'll bet there was a lot of phone calls to opposing ends of the states for clear regulations on those various hunts. So here's my question at what point were you no longer proud of your sheep Ms. Waldrip when you found out it didn't make book or when it was proven you and the outfitter broke the law? Why not post pics of it again guilty conscience? You're already gonna get hammered on every pic you post from here on out. Also last question do you guys pay more for a guy to carry and read the proclamation while out on your WLH adventures?

Here's one of a goat I killed. Doubt I'll ever kill another. Sure was a great adventure. Everybody welcome to post up some good ol' pics. Doesn't even have to be from this year. Don't worry about the hateful posts. At least we supply them with a life. Keep hunting the way that makes you happy and coming back.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-17 AT 02:50PM (MST)[p]Watch this video it'll show you which party was the bigger fool. They even got a little more than a photo they got it on film. And it still is on the internet because they didn't have to call the DNR office at the bottom of the state. They read the proclamation. Also read the description in the video it says something about one of the most coveted tags and

(WLH PLEASE READ THIS PART)

"YOU CAN HUNT ALMOST EVERY UNIT"

Lastly this will also show you what the Texans couldn't do and that's illegally kill a book sheep.

Westerntines, are you accusing those fellas on the video of poaching a sheep? Were you part of that hunting trip? Is this your online confession to poaching?

DO you actually think this is all some competition between these good fellas on your video and some other good fellas and a lady you don't know but choose to hate from afar??????? How old are you boy? You are so wrapped up in your hate you can't even type a proper sentence.

Westerntines, post up some pics of YOU with YOUR personal hunting successes. I WILL CONGRATULATE YOU. I hunt for meat, fun, and personal challenge. You seem to want to reduce hunting to nothing more than a pissing contest for public judgement and ridicule, and thus your character suffers.

I challenge you to put your face and your trophy out here with pride not of the grandness of the animal but for the experience you were blessed with and quit hating people you don't even know.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-17 AT 03:26PM (MST)[p]Well Tri you and I both know they shot it in a closed unit. And I hunt for meat as well. Hmm I had an elk tag this year otc unit filled it I'll post it when I'm finished with the coloring process of the euro mount. No I'm not wrapped up in hate just calling it the way it is. Not one person held accountable and if you ask me WLH should be the one held accountable and held to a high standard as well as the DNR. If that was my wife and I payed all that money and they took me on a unit that was closed I'd walk up and deliver one right to his suck hole for putting my wife in that situation. You think that we're all gonna grant them with open arms everytime they post a pic of their guided hunts. And you think it's all just gonna go away everytime they post one of their WLH watermarked photos. You must be up in the night and it shows their lack of character is just as bad. Oh nothin to see here we got money move along. Here's my final question. How many bonus points does the Juab county judge have and will it be a guided hunt for free? After all I'm sure his back is gonna need to be scratched after the huge favor he did Wade, the Waldrips, and the boys.

Blablabla. No pic. Until you post your face with your dead animal I am thinking you ain't even a hunter.

So are you accusing the people in the video you posted of being poachers????? Do you want me to quote you again?

You want to make up anything else. Maybe they judge is attached to the Vegas shooting to? Maybe WLH is part of a secret society taking over the world like the Luminate. Oooooooh!

Post a pic boy. Get in the spirit of hunting and being happy.

qphr9u.jpg

Hey bud you keep telling yourself the WLH crew and the waldrips walked on the moon. Whatever makes you feel good old man. I'll post my animals on my terms I show the process not just the highlight reel. And yeah your buddies are morons the guide service and the texans. I guess rules don't apply to them. Nothing to see here move along folks. Wow I feel so privileged to see a picture of a Brown Bear, did you guys give him a heart attack or was that a deadhead. I'd love to see you and your texan friends pull off a GS hunt but odds of that are as good as someone taking accountability in the nebo sheep adventure.

You keep barking little fella.

So you gonna post a pic?

How about this. Are you a guide? Simple question.

Like I said, post a pic. Your dodging.

Yeah I'll post a pic when the skull is dry. I DID THE EUROPEAN MOUNT MYSELF I DIDN'T NEED ANYONE'S HELP YOU RETARD. I'LL POST THE PIC WHEN MY EUROPEAN MOUNT IS DONE. READING COMPREHENSION IS NOT YOUR STRONGEST SUBJECT PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BOY. I'll post the whole story of my hunt not just the highlight reel. It'll require you to read more than a paragraph. No I'm not a guide I like to hunt for myself and help my buddies it's much funner. But I can read a hunting proclamation. Ok I also have another question. Will they be taking a book deal on the crime? It seems to be the trend this day and age look at James Comey. Also can I suggest the title for the book. They should call it " How we got a way with it. " Also will the sheep be on the front cover with the WLH sherpas lined up behind the absolute rockstar hunting family.

You're still dodging. All them big words just mean you're scared.

Post a pic and answer the question if you guide hunts.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-17 AT 07:33PM (MST)[p]He already answered your question dumbphuk, can't you read? Speaking of dodging, answer my question boy or are you scared?

Hey Peanut Butter Boy comment #46 I answered your questions go look for it again it's been there a couple hours. I hope you glass better than you look through this thread.

So where's the pic?

Why did you accuse the people in the YouTube video of poaching?

What you scared of lighty?

Accuse the people on youtube of poaching? Didn't accuse them of a thing only implied they shot a sheep and legally and it made book.
Lay off the sauce dough boy.

This is what you wrote when you posted the link.

"Lastly this will also show you what the Texans couldn't do and that's illegally kill a book sheep."

That means you are saying the video shows the hunters and party illegally killing a book sheep. YOUR WORDS NOT MINE.

With one sentence you have exonerated your most hated enemy and thrown someone else into the fire.

So How did your video heroes poach the sheep and were you involved?

LAST EDITED ON Oct-12-17 AT 11:39AM (MST)[p]I gotcha I did use the wrong word now that I re-read it I will admit it. See that's how right and wrong works pig boy. I put the wrong word in the message so I will admit it my bad. That's more distinction of right and wrong then we'll ever get out of WLH, the waldrips, the lying taxidermist (you), and the judge in juab stacking up bonus points for his free hunt. No I wasn't involved in that sheep hunt. But I sure was excited to see the guy who knew the rules killed an absolute giant of a sheep on a unit he could actually hunt. Looks like his guide service probably much smaller than the Lemons, knew how to decipher what was open and closed.

So here's how it should have read

The guys in the video did what WLH and the waldrips couldn't do kill a book sheep legally in a unit that was open.

All right you accused me of being a lying taxidermist. How have I ever lied to you? Please elaborate.

Also who is this judge you keep talking about?

The one that didn't want to prosecute the poachers and WLH. Suffering from some memory loss. You've lied about the whole incident saying that what they did wasn't wrong. Well got news for you and all the idiots that were involved you guys were in the wrong. And I'll bet you mounted it I'll bet there was alot of guilt running through your brain wile stitching up the cape. Knowing it was killed on a closed unit. But then you saw dollars and felt fine. Or did this one get kicked to rot in the garden after the score sheet didn't meet Mr. & Mrs. Waldrips expectations. So are both parties ashamed of the sheep after all pics no longer exist?

Whether I say it was wrong or not is an opinion. NOT A LIE. You have a lot of growing up to do boy.

I did not get the sheep to mount. That is the truth. I would mount it for them proudly if I did.

As for "right or wrong" the authorities who make this decisions disagree with YOU. Learn how to deal with it.

Now you keep talking about some judge you have made up. I will ask you again, what are you talking about? Please elaborate.

Grow up or get the hell out of man town.

Yeah the Juab county judge threw the case out. Him and Wade are pretty good buds he must be getting close on a Pahvant tag I'd bet. Wade'll scratch his back for getting him out of hot water. You've really had some memory loss from the time you posted their ram til now. Yeah the authorities made the wrong decision to protect the outfitter and themselves cause the blood was on their hands just as much. I'm gonna head out coyote hunting in a few minutes pig boy. You think if I call the F&G office at the bottom of the state and they say I can go on the south side of i-80 on the wasatch front would it be ok. It's archery only over there and I want to take my rifle would it be right or wrong if I did that?

Too bad it was shot illegally or as some might put it, POACHED! But still a good looking sheep and lady.

It never went before a judge. You got any other junk you want to make up?

What case? There was never a case presented before a judge.

Just got back from coyote huntin no dogs but it was fun. Saw a little 2 point that needed to be scared off and educated before next weeks pumpkin patch death match. Saw a couple big bucks and a couple nice bull elk still bugling. We'd be able to go back to all those statements about the case being thrown out but someones feelings got hurt and that thread got deleted but I guess we cant review those statements because they vanished like Hillary clinton's emails.

So what your saying is your complaint is loosely based on memory of an internet post from a year ago AND NOT REALLY FACT.

You have said it was a "case" so go find the case number. I'll go ahead and tell you that you'll be looking for awhile.

You are a liar westerntines. By every definition of the word.

What's amazing to me is you use one hunt you know nothing about to belittle another person's hunt which you know nothing about.

I don't believe you are a hunter. In fact I am more likely to believe you are an anti-hunting troll.

No you and your buddies are living the lie. And I didn't belittle them they did it to themselves and you poured gasoline into the flames when you posted it. Pretty sad when all of MM knew more about the rules with a gov. tag for a sheep than ole Wade and the boys.

Bug off anti-hunter. You have no proof anyone lied here and I already proved you have nothing but lies. Post a pic boy.

What hole Robiland? The sheep is legal no matter what any of you haters think. Wade Lemon is still running a great business this year because he really is a great guy and a great business man. The hunter is going on more hunting trips and having fun. I am busier than I have ever been. Please describe this "hole" I am in.

It ain't ego. I can complement other people and I'm trying to describe the surroundings while I figure out where this "hole" is that I dug. :D

I think my point here guys is we have one person, westerntines, who has completely lost touch with any form of reality. He literally doesn't understand the differences between truth, lies, and opinions. He's clinical.

Then we have a new guy, Robiland, that joined in and thinks his internet reality is reality.

Meanwhile I just want everybody to post some cool trophy pics of whatever from wherever you got however.

That's an amazing set of head gear on the bull Tri but holy smokey, is he as skinny as he looks in that picture. Is that thing all skin and bone or am I confused at to the normal amount meat on one of those monsters?

Tikka, your lady's buck is every bit as amazing. Damn it though, if someone had kill him when he was a yearling we might have had a ton more deer on the unit she killed him on.

You trophy hunters are sure ruining the hunt for the rest of us by not killing those bucks when they haven't so negatively impacted their habitat. ;-)

2lumpy,

Sorry I am just now getting around to answering questions. The bull in the picture was killed by my wife in Zimbabwe. We were tracking lion when a call came over radios from one of the anti-poaching patrols. Apparently they were doing their job when they stepped on this cranky fella and he promptly put them all up in the trees. We headed over to the area. My wife wasn't supposed to be hunting buffalo but the pH asked her if she wanted to go with us to sort him out. She agreed and we started on the track. Shortly we caught up to him and he was sound asleep angling away. She poked him right behind the ribs. He jumped to his feet spun and charged. She punched him one more time in the face and killed him.

We didn't know he was that big until we walked up on him. He was quite unhealthy. He had been damaged in a fight and screw worm had attacked the wound. He was fevered and suffering of septicemia. I would suspect he was at least 200 lbs underweight.

A little bad luck for a bull and some workers turned into great luck for a lady.

Wow, these guys sound like liberals. You can have an opinion as long as it agrees with mine. Or you aren't a true hunter if you don't hunt like I do lol. Have people ever thought that maybe people love hunting so much and they have the resources that allow them to hunt more and the finest units and the finest animals??? Who give a crap. Let them do what they love. Good grief.
I also like how a guy that has never been to Africa somehow knows how all of Africa is. Same guy that probably still lives in parents basement. I've been to places in Africa so remote that when I asked a tracker why the lady was pointing at us for her children I was told she was saying ?that's what white people look like?.
My advice is worry about yourselves and the way you want to live and quit being angry that others are different. You will be much happier of a person.

Could it be that you are the one who's missing the full picture? There is more to the "anger" than what you see on this or any other forum and if hunting the "finest units" and "finest animals" were all there was to it, then those issues wouldn't be such a problem for most of us "liberals" who "probably still live in parents' basements".

But, those hunts, photos, and hunters NEVER stay in the field nor in coffee shops nor on local media nor on social media. They continue to come up and are promoted in policy making meetings in the form of recommendations and proposals which attempt to increase that type of hunting and/or those kinds of hunts at the expense of the majority of the less hard-core hunters. And, in Utah at least, many of those recommendations and proposals are then passed in RAC meetings, Wildlife Board meetings, Deer/Elk/Cougar/Bear/Moose Management Planning Committee meetings, on the Governor's desk, and in meetings of the state legislature.

The fact is that most of us are not trying to change the way others hunt, we're just trying to stop them from changing the way we hunt which is what has been happening more and more lately.

Your advice goes both ways!

Actually I agree with a lot of what you have to say. I was mainly aiming my comments at 1 or 2 people. However, there are people on both sides (DIY and Guided) that are harmful to hunting. There are also people on both sides that fight like hell to advocate for hunters.
One problem is the anti?s want us divided. For example, bear hunting. They may not be able to get bear hunting all together shut down. So what if they turn hound hunters and bear baiters against each other. Then they start fighting against each other until one side gets the other side shut down. Victory goes to the anti?s.
I just think that the DIY and the guided fight is stupid. There are obvious scenarios that deserve criticism. I get that. However, if a guy goes on a guided deer hunt and is able to take a nice buck then why can't he be pumped as hell and want to share that moment? I think some get butt hurt and assume the guided hunter thinks they are superior in some way. Maybe some do but not all.
Let's take me for example. I live in Idaho and so I get the luxury of being able to hunt no matter if I draw or not.
I also have the luxury that I get to do some travel hunting as well. Does that mean I think I'm a better hunter? No, I freely admit that I am a shitty hunter. However, I LOVE HUNTING. I would say I'm good at glassing. I often am able to spot game before my ?guides? but I suck at other aspects. So what. There is nothing like being in position on a mountain an hour or two before light, heart pounding as the sun slowly starts to rise with the hope that my dreams just might come true and there may be that buck at the edge of the tree line. There?s nothing better.
To continue to have these moments that hunters love, we are way better off uniting than dividing. It's not a pecker measuring contest. It's not a I'm better than you contest.
There are great advocates and horrible examples.
Anyway I'm rambling but I hope you get my point and like I said I agree with you in some ways.

Thanks Tri. Love the back stories on these pictures. Surely adds to the interest and value of the image. I dare say, I'll wage it was a very special experience for your wife to have taken such a beautiful bull, especially when it came about under such an unexpected and spontaneous set of circumstances. Those kind always remain in the forefront of our outdoor memory bank.

If you have that rascal mounted up and still in your studio please share a photo of how you put him back together.
